Photovoltaic install helps Kauai figure out net metering
I recently attended a one hour without cost or obligation workshop at the State Building in Lihue on the branch of knowledge of a case study in Photovoltaic (PV). First off things first. If we don't already induce solar water, that's the place to start at a unconcealed minimum. Payback on solar water beginning is 1.5-2 yrs. That's significantly quicker than with PV.
