PA Semi to make new chips for iPhone, iPods
Apple may acquire the power (and not to mention the money) to obtain any company that they set their eyes on such as PA Semi, but the $38 million give someone the third degree is, “Why?” The answer to that difficulty seems fairly simple. PA Semi is a maker of sell for-efficient chipsets. So what would they be finery put to work on? Why, making chips, of run.
Apple confirms in WWDC 2008 that PA Semi disposition indeed be making new chips for them, possibly for the rescuing of the next generation models of its coeval devices.

Steve Jobs himself took on the rebuke to reveal the real reason behind the PA Semi procurement back in April of this year.
“PA Semi is succeeding to do system-on-chips for iPhones and iPods.”
And now that the cat’s out of the bag, this could round the beginning of the end for high-priced Apple products. A handful of PA Semi’s knack for price-effectiveness and Apple’s end of reaching more of the masses, we could be seeing truly affordable, and yet still as stylish and high, Apple products in the near future. And that’s a piece-goods e freight thing.
